In Hawaii they make these things called Manapua, and what it is is a steamed bun with "stuff" inside, usually the Hawaiian ones have BBQ pork, we got our hands on this Vietnamese recipe, and made some changes to accommodate a few of the things we had and made these Manapuas. They were soooo good. You roll out a small piece of dough, add your fixins, (I used leftover ground turkey sloppy Joe meat, added a slice of smoked sausage, a slice of hard boiled egg, and a slice of mushroom.) then you just wrap it all in your dough then steam it in a steamer (I used a rice cooker/steamer) Yum Yum Yum, I just may have to do these again soon, we had these like 8 months ago. My dough didn't rise like it should have, but it was still delish!

i just wanted to say hi and see how you're doing and how you're feeling. I'm feeling like I can't believe I only have 2 months left...until I think about how much growing I'll do in 2 months, and then it seems like I'm BIG ENOUGH already!
